STUDI ANALSIS KEBUTUHAN PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA KOMUNIKASI “KONSELOR-KU” BERBASIS E-COUNSELING ANDROID SEBAGAI LANGKAH KURATIF BULLYING DI KALANGAN SISWA SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS

Abstract

Bullying rate in Indonesia Education system is high enough. Based on the research by ICRW, 84% children in Indonesia had gotten a violence with pre-bullied (Liputan 6, 2015). Educational counselor role are extremely needed in order to cope the bullying case. However, the low intention of communication between student and counselor become the barrier to cope the bullying case in school. One of the reason is because of the introvert victim or people around them who chose to not to report the case.  This research aim to: 1) to do analysis toward bullying case in Yogyakarta High School, and 2) need assessment of communication media as e-counseling media based on android.  This research was using descriptive quantitative method that’s tried to describe the bullying case that’s happened and the need of proper media based on the case data. The subject of this research is SMAN 4 Yogyakarta. Based on the result, the need of e-counseling media with bullying specialized is high since 56,3% mentioned that never used school counseling service with various reasons. One of the reason is because of the limited meeting time with the counselor and the low intention of communication. Beside that, from  the bullying sector 32% student declare that had been face bullying case even as a victim or the cast. As the conclusion the “Konselor-ku” media based on e-counseling android can be  used as communication media by school counselor and student especially to cope the occurred bullying case.
