ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN PENGEMBANGAN WEBSITE “INKLUSI-BISA” SEBAGAI MEDIA PENDUKUNG KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU KELAS INKLUSIF

Abstract
Inclussive classroom challenges teachers about alterations of learning that accepts and accommodates diversity in the class. This study aims to carry out a needs analysis of the development of a website "inklusi-bisa"as a supporting media of pedagogical competence of inclusive classroom teachers. The research method used in this study is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. The research subjects were 45 inclusive class teachers in Yogyakarta. The results of the study stated that 62.3% of teachers acknowledged that the website was one of the internet services that could provide information. 60% of teachers strongly agreed that the website was a necessity that could be used as a supporting media for learning in inclusive classes. The desired website is in the form of articles, menu of opinions and tools for discussion between teachers while the desired content is content that can improve the pedagogical competence of the teacher, namely understanding the diversity of characteristics and managing learning in inclusive classes. So, the website can be used as a source that can be accessed anytime and anywhere that provides information about inclusive class management so that it can support teacher's competency in inclusive classes.
