REPRO (Recycling Project) SEBAGAI SOLUSI ALTERNATIF PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH DI ERA REVOLUSI INDUSTRI 4.0 MENUJU INDONESIA ZERO WASTE

Abstract
Garbage that is increasingly accumulating in Piyungan TPST has a negative impact on society and the environment. According to the Yogyakarta City Environmental Agency (EA), one resident produces 0.7 kilograms of waste a day. TPST Piyungan receives waste shipments from the cities of Yogyakarta, Sleman and Bantul around 600 tons every day. The current pile of garbage has reached a height of more than 150 meters due to traditional management. Rubbish that accumulates creates an unpleasant odor. Behind the actual adverse effects of waste can be recycled into various products of economic value by utilizing technology for production and marketing. Recycling Project (RePro) is one of the alternative program solutions that can be applied to produce a variety of recycle products (Recycle Products) as an innovative creative economy based waste management by utilizing technological developments in the industrial revolution era 4.0. The advantages of this RePro product are its aesthetic value compared to similar products and can foster public awareness of the environment. The writing method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data obtained are secondary data derived from various literary literature related to these problems. Writing this scientific paper aims to contribute ideas to the government related to community empowerment by developing RePro products. This product is expected to be a solution in solving waste problems so that the creation of Indonesia Zero Waste.
