Abstract
Economic necessity and the motive of crime are the two causes of life's violence. But there are also health motives that set the stage for the sale of organs because of the unavailability of active organs or living donors. In the case of illegal kidnappings and sale of organs in both national and international cases, the result is a growing unrest and insecurity in the society. The purpose of this study is to explore social phenomena and to describe the humanistic interpretation in the surah of al-maidah verse 32 through a contemporary maqashid analysis based on system theory. The methods used in this study are qualitative with Peter Connolly's string to reflect human behavior and the role of religion in understanding positive action and action. Writing techniques of narcissistic writing with literature studies conducted by identifying, formulating, and establishing research objectives and benefits. Studies have shown that maqashid (the purpose of the law) is a guide to the establishing of a law that can give maslahas a break. The implications of this study are the importance of understanding and development of maqashisharia in islamic law that can show the effectiveness and efficiency of the laws that apply to life. The discourse is expected to bring better analysis of islamic law into its future.
